Welcome to Spotterly. These Consumer Terms of Service explain how you may use Spotterly as a person looking for local offers.

By creating a consumer account or using Spotterly, you agree to these Terms and to our Consumer Privacy Policy.

1. What Spotterly does

Spotterly helps people discover and claim local promotional offers from participating businesses. Offers may include limited spots, expiry dates, redemption codes, or other conditions set by the business.

Spotterly is a platform. We do not own, sell, prepare, deliver, or provide the products or services promoted by businesses.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not share your account, create fake accounts, abuse promotions, or use Spotterly in a way that harms other users, businesses, or the platform.

Spotterly is not intended for children under 14. If you are under the age required by law to consent to online services, you must use Spotterly only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Local offers and redemptions

Offers are created and managed by businesses. Each offer may have limited availability, specific conditions, expiry dates, and redemption rules.

Claiming an offer does not guarantee that a business will provide a product or service if:

• the offer has expired;
• the offer conditions are not met;
• the business cannot verify the redemption;
• the offer was claimed through fraud, abuse, or error.

If there is a problem with a product, service, booking, refund, or in-store experience, the business is responsible for resolving it. Spotterly may help review issues, but we are not responsible for the business's products or services.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• create multiple accounts to gain extra tries or offers;
• resell, transfer, or misuse redemption codes;
• attempt to bypass limits, security, or eligibility rules;
• scrape, copy, or misuse platform data;
• post or submit false, harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

5. Availability of the service

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of Spotterly at any time. We may also remove offers, suspend accounts, or restrict access if we believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.

6. Content and feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or support messages, you allow Spotterly to use them to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.

7. Privacy

Our Consumer Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Spotterly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
